1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, websites, digital products and domain name offerings provided by E‑Planners Software Studio, located in Groningen, The Netherlands. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

E‑Planners Software Studio offers:

  • Complete website creation on the JouwWeb platform

  • Website leasing (Netherlands only)

  • Domain name sales and transfers

  • Digital tools, planners and templates

  • Custom design and digital support services

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

3. Website Creation (One‑Time Purchase)

When ordering a complete website:

  • We design and build the website based on your requirements.

  • You receive full access to your JouwWeb account after delivery.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your JouwWeb subscription (Premium plan, domain, hosting).

  • We are not responsible for downtime, technical issues or limitations of the JouwWeb platform.

Revisions are included only as agreed in the project scope.

4. Website Leasing (Netherlands Only)

Website leasing is available exclusively for customers located in the Netherlands.

  • Monthly payments cover design, hosting, domain and support.

  • The website remains the property of E‑Planners Software Studio until the lease is fully paid or transferred.

  • Cancellation is possible at any time unless a minimum contract period is agreed.

  • After cancellation, the website and domain may be taken offline.

International customers may only order one‑time complete websites, not leasing.

5. Domain Name Sales

For domain name purchases:

  • Payment must be completed before transfer.

  • Transfers are handled via Sedo, Afternic or direct registrar procedures.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by registrars or third‑party platforms.

  • All domain sales are final and non‑refundable.

Ownership transfers once the registrar confirms the change.

6. Payments & Billing

We accept:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • iDEAL (NL)

  • Bancontact (BE)

  • Bank transfer (for domain sales or custom projects)

Invoices must be paid within the stated payment term. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Refund Policy

Because our services are digital and custom‑made:

  • Website creation fees are non‑refundable once work has started.

  • Domain name purchases are non‑refundable.

  • Website leasing payments are non‑refundable for the period already paid.

If you believe a mistake has been made, please contact us and we will review your case.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and materials

  • Ensuring you have the rights to use any text, images or media you supply

  • Maintaining your JouwWeb subscription (for one‑time website purchases)

  • Complying with local laws and regulations in your country

We are not liable for legal issues arising from content you provide.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All custom designs created by E‑Planners Software Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, you receive a non‑exclusive license to use the delivered website or design.

  • You may not resell, redistribute or claim authorship of our work.

Domain names become your property after transfer.

10. Limitation of Liability

E‑Planners Software Studio is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Downtime or technical issues on JouwWeb or third‑party platforms

  • Financial loss, missed revenue or indirect damages

  • Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

11. Third‑Party Services

Our websites may integrate with third‑party services such as:

  • JouwWeb

  • Stripe, PayPal, Mollie

  • Sedo, Afternic

  • External domain registrars

We are not responsible for the performance, pricing or policies of these services.

12. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions

  • Illegal or harmful content is detected

  • Abuse, fraud or misuse occurs

Upon termination, access to services may be revoked.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be published on this page.

15. Digital Products (Excel Planners & Downloads)

Our Excel planners and digital tools are delivered as instant digital downloads.

Once the payment is completed, the download becomes immediately available.

Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned:

  • All digital downloads are non‑refundable

  • The right of withdrawal (EU “herroepingsrecht”) does not apply to digital content delivered immediately

  • By completing the purchase, you explicitly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right to withdraw

If you experience technical issues with downloading or opening the file, we will assist you to ensure you receive your product correctly.
